On 5 June 2026, SUPERNOVA21 participated in the “Novi Sad EURO 3×3” tournament in Novi Sad through direct support to the young basketball team from Primary School “Đorđe Natošević”.
The activity represented a local transfer of knowledge, experience and practical skills gained through the Erasmus+ project 3x3UNITY: Play, Create, Connect.
MSc Slobodan Ćirak, Director of SUPERNOVA21 and project coordinator, supported the school team during the tournament and acted as team leader in two matches.
The support included tactical and technical guidance, communication with players, motivation, fair play, teamwork and assistance in real-game decision-making during the 3×3 competition.
This activity showed that the 3x3UNITY project has value beyond international meetings, because its knowledge and experience can also support younger athletes and local school sport in Novi Sad.
