Partners

01

SUPERNOVA21 (Coordinator – Serbia)

SUPERNOVA21 is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation based in Novi Sad, Serbia. Its mission is to support youth development, promote healthy lifestyles and strengthen local and European communities through sport, non-formal education and shared activities. The organisation connects sport, education, health and social responsibility, with a strong focus on working with young people and secondary-school students.

02

HAŠK Mladost (Partner 1 – Croatia)

HAŠK Mladost, based in Zagreb, brings unparalleled expertise in the development of online educational materials and the delivery of digital training sessions. This partner is tasked with designing and implementing comprehensive online education modules aimed at coaches and sports staff. HAŠK Mladost’s role is critical in ensuring that the latest techniques and protocols in diabetes management are effectively communicated to all stakeholders. Their commitment to educational excellence and innovation strongly aligns with the Erasmus+ objectives of promoting quality learning and social inclusion.

03

Športno-rekreacijski center ŠD Šentvid (Partner 2 - Ljubljana)

The ŠD Šentvid–Ljubljana Sports and Recreation Center offers recreational athletes a wide range of sports activities, now also during the winter months. In addition to tennis played in an inflatable dome, the center now provides a covered, heated indoor hall suitable for basketball and/or volleyball and/or badminton (3 courts). The hall is also used for sports and recreational programs such as guided workouts for women and men, functional training, aerobics, and Healthy Exercise ABC.

Together, these partners form a dynamic consortium that exemplifies the spirit of European collaboration. Their combined efforts ensure that DiaSportCamp not only meets but exceeds the ambitious targets set forth by the Erasmus+ programme, making a lasting impact on the inclusion and empowerment of young athletes with diabetes.
